Individual Spiritual Direction

Each session will last for one hour during which we will settle ourselves and then move into your story.
You are looking for spiritual direction because you are seeking awareness of the sacred in your life. There is no rush. It is your session. You have time to give your story as long as it needs.
My role will be to direct your attention to what you may need to consider with more care and thought.
There will, no doubt, be periods of silence during a session as you think and consider. It is not my role to ‘make’ conversation. It is your time to grow closer to the sacred.
I use the ‘non-directive’ method of spiritual direction which means that I have no power or authority over you nor do I know what is right for you nor do I have any right to correct your thinking or beliefs. You are the only expert on your spiritual life, not me.
