Spiritual Direction is an opportunity to explore your spiritual path with someone experienced in listening, reflection and discernment.
When you explore with your guide you will take time to think, question, consider and ponder a spiritual path.
Exploration brings with it the right to have freedom to roam and to discover.
The journey that you will explore belongs entirely to you. The time spent with a Spiritual Director is about taking the next step along your spiritual path – not taking a path that someone else thinks that you should take. That is a central feature of Spiritual Direction.
